Rally Leaders
Generally, you’ll want your strongest chiefs with largest rally capacities to lead the rallies against the Influencer Trap. In the early levels of the Trap, you won’t have much trouble defeating the target, but the Influencer Trap gets much more difficult at higher levels, so you’ll want your rallies to be as large as possible.
Heroes
Rally leaders should pay special attention to which heroes they use to lead the rally with a focus on who is captain of the rally. The captain of the rally leader’s march will have their first skill applied to all marches in the rally (this is also true of the first four joiners of the rally). This means you’ll want the captain to have a combination of Military Stat Benefits that apply to the entire rally, and a 1st skill that provides useful benefits to all troops in the rally. Nikola is a good choice for captain in the rally leader’s march. First, Nikola’s Military Stat Benefits includes a Rally Troop Defense Buff. Secondly, Nikola’s first skill provides an increase to the health of all troops in the rally. Zoe is also a good choice for captain.
The secondary heroes should be chosen purely based on Military Stat Benefits since their skills won’t apply to the full rally. In addition to the above heroes, Jeb, Maddie & Frank, Lucky, Brooke, Jarrett, Tyler, and Miho are all good choices for secondary heroes depending on their individual levels. All of these heroes provide buffs to all troops in the rally.
Army Formation
- You’ll want to send the highest tier troops you have available in the largest march capacity you can. Using the Massive March talent is especially helpful for the Trap.
- The relative formation priority per troop is shown below. For example, if you have all tier 9 troops, you’ll want to assign as many Demon Raiders and Banshees (both priority 1) to the formation that you can before assigning any Maulers (priority 2). If you’re reading this guide, you’re likely at a point in the game where you have tier 9 or 10 troops and challenging higher level traps. Rally leaders should only send tier 10 and tier 9 Riders and Hunters as Infantry is ineffective.
Tier | Troop | Type | Formation priority |
---|---|---|---|
10 | Death Cruisers | Riders | 1 |
10 | Executioners | Infantry | 2 |
10 | Bullseyes | Hunters | 1 |
9 | Demon Raiders | Riders | 1 |
9 | Maulers | Infantry | 2 |
9 | Nightstalkers | Hunters | 1 |
8 | Banshees | Riders | 2 |
8 | Guerillas | Infantry | - |
8 | Hawks | Hunters | 1 |
7 | Raiders | Riders | 1 |
7 | Hackers | Infantry | - |
7 | Sharpshooters | Hunters | 2 |
6 | Rangers | Riders | 1 |
6 | Survivalists | Infantry | - |
6 | Marksmen | Hunters | 2 |
First Four Joiners
A perk of being one of the first four strongest chief marches in a rally is that the first skill of you march’s captain also applies to the entire rally. So it’s highly important that the strongest four heroes of joining chiefs in each rally have strong heroes set as captain with their first skill increasing troop damage. Sarge and Eva are the only heroes that provide a damage boost as part of their first skill. The first four joiners of the rally should use one of these heroes as captain followed by their next strongest heroes as secondary. It’s important that the first skill of Sarge or Eva is fully leveled to provide the maximum damage boost possible.
Aside from the heroes, the army formation for the first four rally joiners should be the same as the rest of joiners (see section below).
Rest of the Joiners
Since hero skills for any rally joiners past #4 don’t affect the rally, these joiners should use their strongest heroes to have the largest march size possible. Though the heroes and captain don’t matter, the army formation for these joiners are still important.
Tier | Troop | Type | Formation priority |
---|---|---|---|
10 | Death Cruisers | Riders | 1 |
